Relaxing Back Massage

The Heart of Fern Hollow

Fern Hollow Massage & Spa was created to be a place of refuge, a quiet pause from the demands of everyday life. Inspired by the stillness of a fern-covered woodland, my hope is that each session offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Our bodies often carry the effects of stress, busy schedules, and life’s many demands. Massage creates space to soften, reconnect, and remind your nervous system what it feels like to rest. You spend so much of your life caring for others, meeting responsibilities, and moving through full days. Here, you are invited to set that weight down for a while. Book your appointment today and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at home in your body.

I'm Brigitt Mock, a recent graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland and a Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon (LMT #29784).

I've always been drawn to work that helps people feel supported, and massage therapy gave me a way to combine that with my fascination for how the body moves, adapts, and heals. One of the most rewarding parts of this work is watching someone leave the treatment room feeling lighter than when they arrived, whether that's because their shoulders finally relaxed, a stubborn ache eased, or they simply had an hour to breathe.

I approach every session with curiosity and collaboration because no two bodies are the same, and no two appointments are either. I take time to understand what your body needs that day and shape the session around that. My work blends Swedish massage, deep tissue, Tui Na, myofascial techniques, and muscle energy techniques, with a focus on creating both therapeutic results and a calming, restorative experience.

Outside of massage, I'm happiest exploring the outdoors with my husband and dog, practicing yoga, reading, discovering live music, or playing board games with friends. I love meeting people where they are, and I feel grateful to do work that allows me to support them in such a meaningful way.
